5.1. General

The Website uses analytics software. Currently, the Website uses  to main web analytics services:

5.1.1 econda

econda Analytics, a web analytics service provided by econda GmbH ("econda"). econda Analytics uses Cookies (see below for more information about Cookies). econda Analytics uses cookies to tailor the design and optimize this website. As a result, anonymized data is collected and stored, and usage profiles are created from these data using pseudonyms. For this purpose, cookies can be used to enable the recognition of an Internet browser.

5.1.2 Google Analytics

Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses Cookies (see below for more information about Cookies).

The information generated by the Cookie about the Users use of the Website (including the IP address of the User) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Cancellation:

Cancellations do not have to follow certain formal requirements but they have to be made in written form. The hotel also has to confirm the cancellation in written form.
Room cancellations are only valid when given in writing. We recommend taking out a travel insurance policy just in case - this way you will avoid cancellation fees!

Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee 
Up to 15 days before arrival: 70 % of the total booking price
Up to 1 day before arrival: 80 % of the total booking price

Late arrival or early departure: 70 % of the total booking price
No-show: 100 % of the total booking price

In all other cases The Austrian Hotels Terms and Conditions (ÖHVB) are valid.

Arrivals should be between 3.00 pm and 9.00 pm, on day of departure please vacate your room by 10.00 am. Thank you!
In case you plan to arrive later than 6.00 pm may we kindly ask you to guarantee your reservation. We will then definitely keep your room available for you.
