For our traditional dishes we predominantly use ingredients from the locality, especially from the local farmers. The guarantee for our quality high class food products is the genuine untreated soil and appropriate treatment of cattle by our local farmers which has been handed down over many generations.

Our local delicacies are not just a culinary delight, they also convey affiliation and are a major part of our Vorarlberg tradition.

Visitors can expect well balanced food from the Kleinwalsertal - venison from local hunters, grilled meat, fish dishes and typical Austrian dishes such as Kaiserschmarrn or blueberry pancakes.
